In testing · for everyone

propcheck.dev

The climate and risk history of an address — flood, heat, land change over the years — pulled from verifiable Earth data, so what you read about a place is something you can check.

What it does

Before you rent, buy, lend against or insure a place, it helps to know its real record: has it flooded, how hot has it been getting, how has the land around it changed. propcheck.dev reads that history out of the open Earth memory in emem and shows it for a single address, with each line traceable to a signed observation rather than a vague rating.

It's in testing. If you'd find this useful, whether as a buyer, a lender, an insurer, or just someone checking a home, leave your details and we'll let you in as it opens.
